NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENTATION

Nutrition is one of the cornerstones of a healthy mind and body. What you put into your body directly affects your life. Nutrition is paramount for a healthy brain and nervous system as well. The connection between your gut and brain has been well-established in recent years and highlights the importance of appropriate nutrition and a healthy gut microbiome. At a minimum, people need high volume servings of organic fruits & vegetables, quality grass-fed meat, pasture-raised livestock, & wild caught seafood. As well, incorporating easily digestible grains, probiotic containing foods & high quality fats like avocado or olive oil are the basics in achieving proper nutrition.

It is very difficult to attain all of the nutrients needed on a daily basis from food alone. This is due to poor soil quality, produce production, and common cooking practices. But not to worry–we offer high quality whole food based supplements that are easy to digest and absorb and provide a myriad of benefits.
