FIRST VISIT

We’re so glad you’re considering care with us. Your first visit is designed to be thorough, informative, and comfortable — with plenty of time for questions.
What To Expect
Before You Arrive
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive digital intake forms to complete prior to your visit. These forms allow us to review your health history, lifestyle habits, and current concerns in advance so we can make the most of your time in the office.

(Pediatric and perinatal patients will receive specialized forms tailored to those stages of care.)

If you are unable to complete the forms online, please contact our office and we will gladly assist you.
Consultation

When you arrive, we begin with a complimentary consultation.
During this time, we:
-
Review your health history
-
Discuss your goals and concerns
-
Provide foundational education about chiropractic and how we approach care

This conversation allows us to determine together whether our office is the right fit for you.
Examination & Analysis
If we move forward, we perform a comprehensive examination to assess how your nervous system and body are functioning.

Depending on your needs, this may include evaluation of:
-
Range of motion
-
Posture and movement patterns
-
Balance and coordination
-
Reflexes
-
Eye movements
-
Orthopedic testing
-
Pediatric developmental markers (when applicable)

We then perform a detailed chiropractic analysis of the spine and/or extremities as indicated.
First Adjustment

After completing your examination and chiropractic analysis, we will explain our findings and determine whether it is appropriate to begin care that day.

In most cases, if no additional imaging or outside referrals are indicated, your first adjustment will be delivered at this initial visit.

Because every nervous system responds differently, we prefer to observe how your body adapts to the first adjustment before making specific care recommendations. This allows us to better understand your unique response pattern rather than applying a one-size-fits-all plan.
Second Visit: Report of Findings
At your second visit, we review how you responded to the initial adjustment and discuss what we observed during your examination.

From there, we outline a personalized care plan based on:
-
Your goals
-
Your examination findings
-
Your body’s initial response to care

This ensures recommendations are tailored specifically to you.
Our Goal
We strive to create an environment where patients feel heard, informed, and at ease. Our purpose is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports your long-term health and adaptability.
